Corrib Drive, Clareview, and late of Mayorstone, Limerick.
Originally of Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
Passed away peacefully at Athlunkard Nursing Home, on 25th September 2026, in the presence of her loving family.
Patsy will be sadly missed by her beloved husband Paddy, children Michael, Sheila, John, Eugene, Damien, Sarah and Mark, her adored twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law and partners, sister Vera and brother Michael, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Etta, brother Ian and sisters Ita and Nuala.

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, on Sunday, 27th September from 3pm to 4:30pm, followed by Removal to Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road. Requiem Mass will take place on Monday, 28th September at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Mount St. Lawrence (Ext.) Cemetery.

Vera Carmody née O’ Rourke (Shelbourne Park, Ennis Road, Limerick and formerly of Moyvane Co. Kerry and Knockaura House, Shanagolden. Late of the Salesian College, Pallaskenry and Mary Immaculate College). September 23rd 2026, peacefully.
Beloved wife of Willie. Vera will be very sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, brothers Tadgh (Gene), Martin, Denis and Noel, sisters Rose (Fitzsimons) and Helena (Whyte), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her brothers John Joe and Michael, sisters Patricia (Tighe) and Angela (McCormilla).

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Friday evening September 25th from 5.30pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road on Saturday 26th for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in Reilig Mhuire Cemetery, Askeaton.

The death has occurred of
Harry O, unexpectedly but peacefully, following a short illness, entered eternal life, surrounded by his partner, family and the staff at University Hospital Limerick, on 22nd September 2026.
Pre-deceased by his father Donal, mother Mary Rose ‘RoRo’ (née Sinden), brother Noel and sister Siobhán (Treacy).
Sadly missed by his partner Lynley (Harfield), sister Michelle (Costello), brothers Donald and David, sisters-in-law Dori, Ursula and Pauline, brothers-in-law Harry and Cathal, nieces Beth, Maeve, Aisling, Roisín and Niamh, nephews Brendan, Ross, Donal, Conor, Shane and James, grandnieces, grandnephews, Lynley’s daughters Hope and Megs, their partners and her grandson Riley, neighbours, many friends (particularly in the Tourism Business) and all members of the O’Sullivan and Sinden families.
