It is with deep sadness we announce the death of our beautiful mother Breda McCormack (nee Daly), Clareview, Limerick and formerly of Ballybricken, Co. Limerick.
Breda passed away peacefully under the loving care of the staff at Millbrae Lodge Nursing Home on the 7th June 2026.
Now reunited with her beloved husband Tony, (late of Gaurus, Ennis), parents Edmund (Ned) and Bridget, brothers Denis and Jimmy, sisters Kathleen and Mary (infant).
Much loved mother of Patrick (Alison), Eamon (Patricia) and Hilary (Henrik), her darling sister Elsie (Halvey) and grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Lower Gerald Griffin Street, Limerick, Thursday, 11th June 2026, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, followed by removal to Our lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road, Limerick.
Requiem Mass Friday, 12th June 2026, at 11:00am with burial afterwards in Castlemungret Cemetery, Mungret.

Breda’s Funeral cortege will drive pass the family home in Clareview, to enable neighbours and friends to pay their respects, en route to the Cemetery.

Unexpectedly, at her home, on 1st June 2026.
Beloved wife of the late Tom Cahill (Myles Breens).
Dearly missed by her loving daughters Niamh, Mary, Sheila and Áine, their partners Barry, Dean, Ben and Jack, her brothers Noel, Des, Ken and Michael, adored grandchildren Ava, Jasper, Jacob, Sam, Thomas, Oliver and Freddie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and her many friends.
Pre-deceased by her sister Sheila (Cleary).

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, on Friday, 5th June from 4.30pm to 6:30pm. Funeral arriving at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road on Saturday, 6th June for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, followed by Burial in Castlemungret Cemetery, Mungret.
